hyfi uses the header lines in FASTA sequence files to
store intermediate results, as referenced in the hyfi
documentation. Here are definitions for those data fields.
- query label: the contents of the header of each query
sequence
- query sequence: the query sequence
- sequence file: the sequence file from which the binding site
sequence was extracted
- location: the location of the base of the sequence nearest the
origin
- strand: 'f' or 'r', representing the 'forward' and the 'reverse'
strand
